CORPORATE INFORMATION

TheFutbolingCo Ltd. (abbreviated as TFC) is the commercial company that owns the registered trademark FUTBOLING®.

TFC is the creator of the FUTBOLING® product and the owner of its various patents, industrial designs, tables foosball, adaptation kits, applications, interfaces, electronics, websites, domains and brands related to the product. It also has exclusive rights to all (advertising, brand, image, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, exploitation …) being able to negotiate with them through the establishment of private contracts with third parties.

TFC operates the different products, competitions and the FUTBOLING® brand internationally through representation or licensing agreements for distribution, exploitation and use, from its american company THE INTERNATIONAL FUTBOLING CO. LIMITED based at 2485 Old Middlefield Way of Montain View in Santa Clara, California. USA

The operation of the entire FUTBOLING® service and support infrastructure is offered by Futboling licensees and / or by third-party companies, depending on the territorial markets that are served. For all of them, TFC provides its technology and services “on cloud” 24h / 365d, through computer servers in Germany, Gibraltar, Singapore, Spain, and USA.

PRIVACY POLICY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In compliance with the provisions to operate within the European Union, regarding privacy, request and custody of personal data, TFC was governed by the laws of Spain, and more specifically by the Organic Law of Protection of Personal Data 15/1999 (hereinafter, LOPD) and its implementing regulations. But as of April 30, 2018, we update our Privacy Policy and Protection of Personal Data, to adjust it to the new European regulations contained in the General Data Protection Regulations (hereinafter, RGPD) that went into effect last 25 May, 2018.

The following are the criteria and rules that TFC follows regarding the use of the data freely and voluntarily provided by users through the website www.futboling.com, the Futboling App. Smartphone applications, and the FUTBOLING® machines.

This Data Protection Policy may vary depending on the needs of adaptation of the same to the current legislation and the protection criteria of users and consumers.

TFC is responsible for all personal data collected through the website www.futboling.com, the applications for smartphones (iOS / Android) Futboling App., and / or FUTBOLING® machines that will be incorporated into automated files owned by this company.

REQUEST FOR PERSONAL DATA

The visit to the web (www.futboling.com or local markets subpages), the download of the Futboling Apps., or the game of foosball games in FUTBOLING® machines do not imply, in any case, the user’s obligation to provide any information about himself. However, to register and enjoy all services, including identification and personalization of the experience (both on the web, the Apps. and/or the FUTBOLING® machines), as well as all the incentives of the competition that each year is launched, it will be necessary to provide the personal information requested in the available forms. At the moment of proceeding with the collection of the data, the voluntary or obligatory nature of the data object of collection will be indicated. The refusal to provide the data classified as obligatory will suppose the non-provision or the impossibility of accessing the service for which they were requested. Likewise, data may be provided on a voluntary basis with the purpose of providing the services offered in a more optimal way.

The user guarantees that the personal data provided to TFC are true and that he will communicate any changes that affect them. Consequently, TFC is exempt from any liability arising from the breach by the user of this guarantee.

By accepting this Data Protection Policy, the user is informed and consents that their data provided voluntarily, such as username (nick) and graphic representation of it (avatar or photographic image), will appear on the machine’s interface FUTBOLING® and on the web and Apps. Futboling as part of the competition, and in real time, in lists of matches, rankings, tournaments, Twitter timeline or Facebook wall … etc. and in some cases with precise indication of its geolocation by the mere fact of playing in machines installed in public spaces.

The user is also informed and consents that all the data provided can be communicated to companies related to the competition FUTBOLING ® for the proper management of the services involved. In the same way, you give your consent so that said data can be transferred internationally to the different TFC offices or to the companies representing FUTBOLING ® in the world.

The data provided by users may be used for the purpose of managing the sending, by traditional and electronic means, of commercial information about the competition and the website futboling.com and events and actions promoted through it, as well as other products and services offered by TFC and especially small merchandising gifts sent by the companies that sponsor the FUTBOLING® competition every year.

Likewise, users expressly consent to the transfer of their data to third parties operating in the sectors of: business news, leisure and entertainment, home and health, motor, employment and training, shopping, travel, real estate, computing, electronics, finance, home and family, accessories, sports or other personal or professional consumption goods that we consider may be of interest to you, in order to receive commercial information about the products and services provided by said third parties.

TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected from users will be kept confidentially by TFC.

Regarding the conservation and processing of personal data, TFC meets all the requirements of the Spanish LOPD, as well as the European RGPD, and what its development regulations require. All collected data (including images), are treated in accordance with these legal requirements.

TFC has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and integrity of the data, as well as to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.

TFC may keep your data once the relationship with the user has been completed in order to comply with legal obligations, but there is the option for the user to request that their data be deleted from all our files, thus contemplating the figure of the “right to be forgotten”.

TFC registers the IP addresses (which every visitor has at the time of access to the website and the App.) For exclusively internal purposes, such as access statistics and market segmentation.

TFC does not associate IP addresses with personally identifiable information, and may provide third parties with informative extracts of traffic to this website that do not affect the anonymity of the user, with data on the number of visits to a certain section of the site, traffic flows and trends, etc. .
